Mr. Digesti is a lifetime resident of Northern Nevada. He has been involved in various youth sports programs, coaching little league and Babe Ruth baseball as well as YMCA basketball and soccer. He is an active member of the Northern Nevada Football Officials Association and a former Division I football official.

Mr. Digesti graduated from Bishop Manogue High School in 1966. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1976.

Prior to entering private practice in 1982, Mr. Digesti served as Chief Criminal Deputy District Attorney in Washoe County. While in the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Digesti prosecuted everything from trespassing cases to open murder, quickly becoming one of the top trial lawyers in the office as was evidenced by his rapid promotion to Chief Deputy.

Since 1982 Mr. Digesti has served as Judge Pro Tem in the Reno Municipal Court and in the Reno and Verdi Justice Courts. He has served as a special prosecutor for the Washoe County District Attorney’s Office, the Disciplinary Panel of the State Bar of Nevada, and the Nevada Board of Medical Examiners. Mr. Digesti is a past member of the Board of Governors for the Nevada Trial Lawyer’s Association and a past Chairman of the Northern Nevada Disciplinary Panel of the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. Digesti has also been a guest lecturer at the People’s Law School and the Washoe County Bar Association.

Mr. Digesti practices primarily in the areas of Accident Recovery/Personal Injury, Criminal Defense (Death Penalty Qualified) and Family Law. Mr. Digesti brings to his practice more than twenty-three years of trial experience. He is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in both Nevada and California.
